I had activated tata docomo rs11 3G pack on my no(9036671554) on 28-09-2013. The rs11pack has unlimited 1 hour surfing/downloading. I had activeted at 1:23pm and started using at 2 o’clock due to connectivity issue and my pack should end at 3 o’clock ,but at 2:40 when i checked my main bal i saw my rs78 got deucted from main balance then i disconncted my net and checked my minute it was still showing 570sec left then i called cc representative immediatly and asked the reason they said it has been deducted for browsing and after long conversation see agreed that my rs11 pack still had 5-10min left to browse and so see said that see wont be able to launch the complain as its showing their the bal got deducted due to browsing but she convince me sayin that she will talk to their officer an will get back to me within 24-hour…..

But even after 2 days when see didn’t got back i called cc representative and discussed the same problem and again got the same answer that i got that day then i asked to transfer the call to miss ‘Chitra’ and they transfered my call .She spoke to me and said that the bal got deducted was right but after long conversation see got caught on her own word that i had connected my net at 1:58pm and my balance got deucted at 2:35pm thats not even an hour so she asked me to be on hold for sec and after some time call got disconnected .

Again i called from other no and enquired about her and they transfered the call but not to her but to some other person and he said she is busy and by that time i can talk to him about the matter, so i said to him and he said ur bal cannot be refunded then again when i asked about her he said sorry and disconnected the call sayin thankyou…………

Again i called from another new no and asked for her saying my call got disconnected he said ok and put me on hold again he himself pickedup the call asking the reason i said him he said to wait so that he transffer the call to her but asusual expected after some time call got disconnected with no solution…………

So i would like to request to complain member to take necessary step and get my money back as i belongs to normal family and for me rs78 is too much to et deducted un necessarly plzzzzzzzzzzzzz…………..
