This complaint is regarding the refund from tata cliq which is a online shopping portal and a subsidiary of TATA UNISTORE LTD. I have purchased a product (LOTTO BLACK TRACK PENTS) ON 11TH OF MAY 2020 ORDER ID 107899964
After the purchasing they have given a estimated delivery time 14th may 2020 but due to TATA CLIQ SELLER rejection they increased delivery time 17th of may 2020 but again that product is rejected by there seller or vendor. after all this episode I cancelled my order on 22nd of may 2020 and ask them for the refund. Which TATA CLIQ has initiated on 2nd of June 2020 ticket number (4008414039) and this is also a so many conversations over the call with call center team of TATA CLIQ.
I am putting this complaint over the forum because its been a month I am dealing with the company and they have not refund my money. now I am just not looking forward for my money refund I am looking for compensation from TATA CLIQ for the harassments which I am still facing.
