I am writing this complaint to help improve the service.
I requested a technician to visit and check my oven on December 21 and they sent a technician on 23, excellent, and they fixed the issue BUT after 2 days the oven it’s not working again and I raised a complaint again, in one day they sent a technician and I don’t receive any feedback, that is why I end up follow up with them and into my surprise, they don’t have a record in their system even for the visit on 23rd.
How such a big company can modify and fix the problem if the report is not existing in their system?
Hoping this issue will be considered as BIG importance in the company in this ERA of everything is systematized.
