Teka delivery service and call centre in Dubai are the most incompetent services I ever experienced. From delivering the goods completely out of the agreed time slot, to hanging up the call on the client’s face, to the supervisor not being available to resolve the situation, to a call centre that cannot even log a complaint.

An absolute disaster. Teka should not be allowed to operate in Dubai and their staff all fired. Then they would understand what is to be professional in their jobs.

Terrible company/people.

  1. I am writing this complaint to help improve the service.
    I requested a technician to visit and check my oven on December 21 and they sent a technician on 23, excellent, and they fixed the issue BUT after 2 days the oven it’s not working again and I raised a complaint again, in one day they sent a technician and I don’t receive any feedback, that is why I end up follow up with them and into my surprise, they don’t have a record in their system even for the visit on 23rd.
    How such a big company can modify and fix the problem if the report is not existing in their system?
    Hoping this issue will be considered as BIG importance in the company in this ERA of everything is systematized.
