We booked a flat getting attracted towards the scheme that they provided. Initially it went smoothly till the time of payment n then they started creating issues, delayed registration, refused to fulfill the commitment, on approachin md, he assured to resolve it, but gradually it bacame clear he is in no mood to resolve it. Company had promised modular kitchen, wardrobe and 2 geysers in written. However, now they are denying any such commitment. I am facing mental and financial harassment because of them. I am attaching the proof of written commitment. I wish to claim compensation.
