I received a call from terrenum homes and they say there is a project in jigani going on for 2 bhk for 22 lakh and for 3 bhk it is 30 lakh. They sent me me the location and arranged a cab for me. After going there, they say that the cost is 40 lakh for 2 bhk. I have all the proofs in whatsapp. I wasted my time and they fooled me. Why can’t they inform the correct cost at first time itself and not waste people’s time? Is this the way to get customers to their site so that they have a large crowd over there.
