I have booked plot in tgs-sarswathi project kanakapura road kaggalipura hobli. I have been promised that this is a pre-launch offer and hence i need to pay 50% amount of total plot value which is rs. 8010000/- and i have paid in cheque rs. 405000 /- now i have been cheated from tgs owner and i have submitted cancellation form and asking for my money re-fund but now they are absconding and for me its really critical financial situation. I am looking for my money back. Kindly help.
