I have paid Rs. 293000 to tgs as advance in september 2016 and booked the apartment at hoodie Bangalore and in January 2017 I canceled the booking. As of now, I have not received money back and no response from too. I had enquired regarding the case. The case is pending in the court. They are not receiving legal notices also. Please let me know how to get back my money from this fraud company
