I had placed order for cargo technical pants (Order no#dh1822) through their online shopping site, when it was delayed in dispatch i enquire and i was informed that the product is not available and my refund of rs.1999 was initiated which will take maximum 7 days time to hit my account. But till date neither i got my refund nor they reply on my emails. The order placed on 24th october 2019. Request your suggestions to get my refund form such unprofessional online sites.
