Very poor customer service; they don’t have a booking app, they request a letter, and we must notify them of our travel plans 45 days in advance. We are only allowed to stay at three neighbouring locations, and we are unable to reserve two rooms for our parents from the same membership.
Within 48 hours, they respond to our emails.
If you have a 6-night excursion planned, it will undoubtedly fall through because they always introduce new laws and regulations.
Every time they alter their policy, they tend not to answer their phone.
I’ve never seen a kid in the service before.
Do not fall into this trap; if you do, you will lose both time and money.
