I signed up for a membership under the name Anita Jain. After I joined, I tried to arrange a trip with the company, but I didn’t get any helpful responses.
I initially emailed them about making a reservation for the last week of February, but they replied that I needed to do so 15 days in advance. Next, I made a reservation for the second week of February, which is for the 10th of February, and I mailed on January 25. However, since the 25th, I have not received any information regarding the reservation, only a message stating that we are addressing your inquiry.
No one answers the phone at their customer service, and the sales person doesn’t either. If he does, he’s quite rude.
