The Park Priviera Hospitality – Issues about the service

I’ve signed up for park Priviera membership.
The service has not yet been delivered despite the payment.
All of the call centre employees are stupid and careless.

We still haven’t received a kit or membership card.

Extremely poor customer service, especially from Mr. Nishith (Manager), who never called.

The call centre representative is completely unable to respond when questioned.

They are at a loss for words.

100% was paid, however there was 0% service.
