The Park Priviera Hospitality
I’m making this complaint on behalf of a harassed customer who paid about $80,00 for membership and an additional $8,000 for AMC for this year. They assured us that we would stay in luxurious hotels that were at least three stars, but instead we were given a 3rd-class facility that at first glance appeared to be a lodge.
After we complained, they made a promise that it wouldn’t happen again, but on our second trip, they offered us an ordinary hotel, which we declined to stay at.
They claim they have a nonexistent cancellation and refund policy when asked for a refund.
What type of service is this if the consumer wants to cancel and does not even receive a small amount back?
would prefer to cancel my membership and receive a refund for the unused portion.
