I have purchased the membership from The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. on 08.07.2023 vide my Membership Id No. is CLPRKPV10105 for an amount of Rs. around 1,00,000/- (approx.) when they organized an event in a Hotel on 08.07.2023 where some of the representatives from the above mentioned company were present and they convinced the various customers to avail their discounted membership only, if membership taken in the event held on 08.07.2023 and they will provide 5 star hotel accommodation for 7 nights and 8 days in across the country as well as abroad from their tie up arrangements. Recently, when I contacted with their representatives for hotel booking purpose, the phone number which was available with me all are switched off mode or the person who picked up the phone told me that he left the job from the above said company and nothing more information available with him.
Now, I am quite sure that the The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. company is a fraud company and cheated me my hard earned legitimate money of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Approx).
In above respect, I would request you to refund my membership money of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Aprox.) immediately otherwise legal action will be initiated as per Court of Law against the above mentioned fraud company.
