मुझे Park Previera कंपनी से रिफन्ड चाहिए । जब भी मैं बुकिंग के लिए आवेदन करता हूँ वे non-availability बताते हैं, और rules & regulations बताते है पर जब मैंने उनके rules के अनुसार बुकिंग डाला तो वे ई-मेल करते हैं कि अभी बूकिन्ड विंडो चालू नहीं हुआ है, और प्रतीक्षा करने के लिए कहते हैं, उसके बाद जब मैंने अनुस्मारक देता हूँ तो कोई जवाब नहीं दिया जाता । मैंने इस पैकेज के लिए 23000/- दिया था जिसमें मुझे 7 nights 8 days का प्लान मिल था और अब मुझे पूरा मनी रिफन्ड चाहिए। मेरा Member ID TPPRKT344 हैं । मेरे पास सारे ई-मेल की कॉपी available है लेकिन इसमें pdf attachment का option नहीं है ।
