The Park Priviera Hospitality Limited refund is the object of the complaint. I am the victim of a scam run by Park Priviera Hospitality Private Limited under the guise of a holiday membership. I have already lost my hard-earned, legal money by purchasing membership. I’m a member under TPPVHB1068.
I was duped into joining the aforementioned membership by the manager and counselor of an event held in Porbandar. A company employee named Yakib Pathan informed me that our company offers “REGULAR VACATION 7N/8D HOLIDAY STAY WITH BREAKFAST + CLUB MEMBERSHIP + (Extend 2 yrs) +VIP membership” at the time of counseling. In which receiving cakes and dinner on family members’ birthdays and wedding anniversaries is a benefit of VIP membership. He claimed that instead of other benefits, the company would provide us with round-trip tickets on request. Our business will handle all of this planning.
When the membership agreement was finalized, your Manager also concurred. After confirmation, I made the decision to join. After the seminar, we already got confirmation from the managers involved in the decision-making process. on the phone with Harsh Shah, the other counselor for the company.
I tried calling the company’s toll-free number after signing up for membership, but there was no response. After that, I came to the realization that I had been duped by the company. After that, I sent emails to the company on April 12th and April 19th, 2023, requesting a refund of my money, but the company has not yet done so. If anything is done to return my hard-earned money, I will be grateful.
So please see the matter and give us justice and order company to refund my paid amount.
