25th of November I was in manali with my wife and one of the strangers asked us to scratch some coupons and took us to royal tulip hotel to collect that we’ve won something. They made me introduce to the travel travel which we heard of for the first time Infact. And asked to pay 95k and in rerun we’ll get 35 days hotel stay for 5 years and they gave us a card that it’ll be activated in few days but it hasn’t till date and now they are saying that booking are only possible when you call us and we’ll let यू know that bookings are possible or not. Rooms availability will be checked by them only. Mr Wasim and Mr Rahul are ones who did this fraud with us . They have Taken 95k and now they are treating like hell. Don’t take calls most of the times and doesn’t respond on what’sapp either.

Asked them to book on 26th to 28th December but I changed my mind within an hour and asked them to book a hotel in udaipur from 24th to 26th. Which they didn’t. And said that booking can only be done from 26th to 28th and then I agreed for that but didn’t send me the vouchers and then called me that यू didn’t come to hotel. How can I be there If I don’t have the booking confirmation. Then again asked them to book from 29th to 31st December. But me rahul didn’t respond and he responded in the mid night 12.23 am yesterday. And he said that यू didn’t respond me in the midnight that’s why I didn’t book a hotel for you. Thats really ridiculous of him to say like this. I don’t understand their poimt. Always try to make fool their customers

We also got this offer in the same story as narrated during my visit at massourie with my wife, they took us to some hotel for getting reward for our scratch card. They described the offer and concept. They force us to sign some agreement with their manager, who herself was looking a fraud, they were not giving us time to cross check about company’s profile and credibility and just gave us so much pressure to pay as if this offer ending today only. I found this highly suspicious and I denied to take their offer, luckily I escaped from the fraud.

They undue influence me and my wife to make aggreement with your company by misrepresentation about the future benefits . They said they sent mail to me after that you can accept or reject the agreement when you received a confirmation call within 72 hours . I reject the agreement on receiving a call from your side . There was a lady on the other side .She told me that they would resolve the issue by sending me mail and promise me to make call today . But till now i received no mail or confirmation call from your side. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Thanks
