I ordered a freaky smudge frame in size 12*18 on June 17 and paid $1,396 online. As of this writing, I have not heard anything about the status of that order.
I only received a message saying that a soft copy would be shared in 24 hours, and after that, they didn’t respond.
Order ID: 63190 for me If we keep pursuing the order, the post order team will eventually respond with, “Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.” The order to which I have paid the amount is also not responding.
