I placed an rs 699 order for 2 mosaic frames on January 19. They promised that I would receive the soft copy within 48 hours and the actual product between 6-10 days.
Nevertheless, I didn’t get a soft copy until January 30.
After receiving numerous messages, I finally received the soft copy on January 31. When I inquired as to when it will be delivered, they initially responded that they would email me the tracking information on February 10 but I haven’t gotten any information.
They promised to provide me the specifics of the product on February 14 but I still haven’t received them. They have been deceiving me for the past month, and now I’m asking them to return my money but they won’t reply to any of my messages.
They’ve seen the message, but they haven’t responded.
Please understand that my payment is worth it.
Please assist me in recovering my money as they are a fraud.
