ThePetCare.in – Refund not given for cancelled order even after 2 months

I have ordered pet food through their website https:// www.thepetcare.in on [Protected]for amount Rs. 8633, (order number #5929) which was credited to RAZ*petzoo tech pvt ltd, Hyderabad. But until 02-08-2022, the product was not dispatched. During enquiry through whatsapp, (They wont pick the call on the customer care number given in their website, the number is out of service but active in whatsapp).

Tthe person texted in threatening way to further delay the order. So i have requested to cancel the order (They don’t have facility to cancel the order on our own), and they cancelled it and sent email which stated that my order has been cancelled and refunded. But it was not credited to my credit card account till date.

When contacting through whatsapp and emails repeatedly, they are not giving refund ID or reference number. They asked me (whatsapp) to raise dispute with razorpay for getting refund. But Razorpay clearly stated that the merchant didn’t do refund and the merchant is at fault. Even after repeated requests through emails and whatsapp messages, they have not refunded till today. The person who send email threatens that i would never get refund. Their address given in the website and Google pages also fake.
