My order was canceled by these people in the month of July 2022, and they still haven’t given me my refund.
Their email address and helpline number are invalid, and I have complete screenshots and proofs.
Even after tens of thousands of reminders, I still haven’t received the full amount of my refund for the dog food I ordered.
Additionally, these guys threatened to withhold their money if I did not remove any unfavorable Google comments.
I’ll say it again: “I have screenshots of every single detail mentioned above.”
Their email address is inactive. They never pick up the phone, and they are currently not responding to any of my WhatsApp chats.
These guys stole 5,500 from me last year and are total crooks. I even complained to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, but they didn’t respond favorably either.
I have all the information and details in my possession, but I am forced to present my complaint here on the internet due to a lack of adequate resources. Please give me some serious assistance.
