Their service is the absolute worst. I order a t-shirt but the material is low-quality and the fitting was weird. Then i read that there is no self pick-up. You’ve to ship the item yourself.in fact, there is no option on the website to choose ‘return item’. You have to manual email them. So i emailed them and they asked me to ship the item.in fact, they recommended i do a speed post. Expecting me to take time off work, go to the speed post office in their working hours and stand in line to return their lousy terrible-quality t-shirt. Who, in their right mind, would make all that effort? I guess that’s in their business model to keep people from returning so that they can keep the money.
So i decided to book a pick-up and deliver service from delhivery so they can come to my location at a convenient time and pick up the package. All i needed from delhivery to book the pick up was a mobile number for the receiving party. So i emailed them to ask for a mobile number. What ensued was a painful, long and hopeless e-mail exchange with their ‘customer care’ who absolutely refused to help. Have never encountered such pathetic service. Maybe they’re being stupid or this is intentional to avoid making refunds for their terrible quality t-shirts. Not sure what is worse.
I am forced to keep a useless, bad quality, badly fitting t-shirt with me because souled store clearly doesn’t want to help. I hope they enjoy my money. They’ll need it when their useless business closes down. I hope it happens soon.
