This company’s customer service is of no use. They never pick up the call deliberately when it rings and most of the time, it will be unavailable.This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced till date and there is no doubt about that.
I contacted the customer service because of the following order issue.
Actually I had placed the order of 2 t-shirts in Souled store.The order was placed and payment was done through paytm.My money got deducted but I did not get any order confirmation mail.So I thought of contacting the customer service.
I have been calling them twice every day from the day I ordered, but not even a single day I could connect with them.I even mailed them several times regarding the order issue, but there was no response at all.
Please do the needful.
