There is a fraud website for smart watches on internet naming www.thewristbuddy.com and phone number is +91 – 8860439978. The company has shown many branded watches at low prices as to attract customers, The people think the website is genuine as they provide Cash on delivery. I have placed an order for W1 Android 6.0 Bluetooth smartwatch on this fake website which was costing very low at Rs 3264. My order parcel was delivered and to my shock after opening it ii found they have sent a local, cheap, fake, a different model watch. I tried to contact the website through their customer care helpline number but it is always either busy or unreachable. I also tried by sending emails but no response to my emails as well. I want to lodge a complaint against this fraud website/ company. They are cheating so many people, I am requesting to concerned authorities to ban these type of fraud website and i demand a swift & strict action against these type of fraud websites who are cheating customers.
