Ordered for an smart watch at thewristbuddy.com received a low quality plastic watch which was totally opposite of what was described . The order id is 201714782 and requested for return , as per policy it says 12 to 15 days but have not received any mails nor messages from them even after 20 days. Contacted the number given in the site but no response.
