Times Group / NON subscription of magzines
I had subscribed the magazine Overdrive on 9th Aug 2016.
After 2 months also I have not received the subscription . I called call centre multiple times in last 2 month .
No one is helping me . CUstomer care said that my order is missing from the list .
After 1 yr of subscription , i received only 2 magazines
Now custoer care informed that subscription is over !!
This is most pathetic service experience ever stay away from http://mags.timesgroup.com/
