I Smt.R.Kalaivani residing at Plot No.94, R.V.S.Nagar, Trichy-620023 is hereby making a complaint that I wanted to buy Fastag on line and when I searched in the internet through Google, I noticed that www.drivesim.in is doing the service. When I had gone inside the site, I found the application form and I filled up. I was asked to pay Rs.1500/- for all charges. Though it was excess amount as a fool I paid. I was informed through e mail that my application has been received and the amount was received through TITU Cyper Cafe. It appeared to be genuine. I was informed by the [email protected] that my application has been processed and some staff will contact me through phone for verification and I would get the fastag for my car TN 45 BB 8169 withing a weeks time. A letter with HDFC bank symbol stating that it was acknowledgement for remitting the Fastag charge of Rs.500/-. But neither Fastag was received nor any further message was received from the drivesim.in. A phone number Number 7599920711 was mentioned in the HDFC acknowledgement letter but the phone is always kept under switched off condition. I strongly feel that it is a scam in which [email protected] , TITU Cyper Cafe and HDFC staff involved. Howmuch amount has been collected? I don’t know. Being a lawyer I fell ashamed off being cheated and I will leave this matter easily unless I got back the money with an apology. I also feel there is not hope by giving such complaint through this forum. Will you arrange to get back the money? If the culprits the cheaters address and phone numbers are known it may please be informed to me. I know how to process further.
