I had ordered for an apparel from Tjori.com on august 25, 2016. It was delivered late on September 25 and the product was not right. I spoke with their customer care team and they assured me it will be picked up and the amount refunded. Since the product has been returned, I have been calling the company every 4-5 days to inquire about the refund of Rs. 2500. Till yesterday, they have not done anything about it and I am not very hopeful they will. I waited for two months but now I feel this should be redressed by the proper authorities.
