I visited the Tjori website and selected this product and placed a order which was confirmed by the following mail.
Your Order #100024254 (placed on October 26, 2016 11:23:54 AM IST) The payment was made by netbanking
I did not expect this from a professionally managed company.
I have booked a order on 26th Oct, The delivery is as per order so you asked for 21 days… Ok Than I get a call that the order is dispatched and will receive in few days.
I call back after a week, since I did not receive the delivery.
I was told there was some quality issue and hence the delays…
To my surprise after another week I get a call that due to cash crunch (wonder how that effects the delivery) the delivery is delayed… any more reasons and its time to give a new reason.
Now they have stopped taking my calls.
I have no issues if you are unable to deliver. lets close the issue and cancel the order and refund the amount.
Hope Cell can help me resolve my issue.
