I did not expect this from a professionally managed company.

I have booked a order on 26th Oct,

The delivery is as per order so you asked for 21 days… Ok you got that,

Than I get a cal that the order is dispatched and will receive in few days

I call back after a week, since I did not receive the delivery.

I was told there was some quality issue and hence the delays… I too run a manufacturing unit, and I am aware of the list of reason to give the customer…. mind you it only brings down the image of the company.

To my surprise after another week I get a call that due to cash crunch (wonder how that effects the delivery) the delivery is delayed…
any more reasons and its time to give a new reason.

Now you guys have stopped taking my calls.

I have no issues if you are unable to deliver. lets close the issue and cancel the order and refund the amount.

I would not like to deal with such unprofessionally managed company.

Your products are good but performance is pathetic.

I have made formal complaint on the “www.complaintlists.com/submit-complaint/”
