Tjori – Order paid but not received. Been almost 2 months

I have not received my order. Had ordered 2 items on 16th May and was scheduled to receive it 28th May. After a LOT of back and forth, atleast 15 emails, 1 received 1 of my order which was not completely stitched. It was dress and the entire front of it not stitched. They say that the delay is usually because of the Quality Control process that they do on every item but clearly is not the case.
Anyway I am yet to receive my other item. They keep giving different dates. Last date of possible dispatch was between 8th and 10July 2022. No sight of that happening. Pretty convinced that they are fraudulent and shouldn’t be allowed to do business. After reading similar horror stories here, I am very close to lodging an FIR against them or take any legal recourse available.
