I have ordered on line for purchase of 5 LED bulbs with Tolexo Online pvt Ltd., by paying Rs. 681/-
Order ID is TOD101365355.
They supplied the items. But out of 5 bulbs only 2 worked and 3 did not glow.
On my complaint, they requested me to send photos of invoice, bulb, cover etc., I promptly sent those items by email.
They haqve requested me to return the bulbs to them.
The same was returned through Reverese Logistics Pick up receipt / 223910801780/ dfx
on 10.09.2015 itself.

In spite of my repeated reminders, they did not either refund proportionate Rs.402/- nor send fresh bulbs.

They sent me interim replies stating that their representatives will contact me; but nothing happened for the past one week.
