Be aware of these Chors.( Prem Kumar )! before booking anything from them. Their tone changes once you make an advance payment. These are a bunch of jokers who don’t know what they are doing. Even the basic documentation they cannot provide. In the end, you will only curse yourself for buying the packages from these people. Here is my story.
I approached Mr. Prem Kumar ( Director of Travellon Tourism Pvt. Ltd. ) to help me arrange for the Visa and tickets for my parents for their travel to Germany as Visitors in the Travelonn office located in office number 1604, S-3 Cloud-9 Towers, Vaishali Ghaziabad. He promised me the tickets at a cheaper price for which I had to make an advance payment of Rs. 50000. I made the payment in Jan 2023. After multiple follow-ups with him and his teammate Sonam, they didn’t confirm the tickets till March 2023. Their tone suddenly changed after the advance payment. As it was important for my parents to travel, I asked him to either confirm the tickets or refund my amount which agreed to refund. Since then I have constantly followed up for a refund of the amount and have not gotten any proper response either from him or his teammate Sonam. It has been more than 6 months. Earlier they gave me future dates and after a few months stopped responding to my calls or messages.
During this time my wife was pregnant and faced a lot of stress because of these crooks. Even my parents couldn’t get the proper duration because of only 2 week’s itinerary provided by these idiots.
