Travelonn Tourism – Refund of Advance payment not given

This is to apprise you that I had booked a package from Travelonn Tourism Private
Limited (located on Top Floor , Garg Complex , Gurunanak Pura , Oppo. V3S Mall,
Nirman Vihar Metro Station ,Pin-110092, Delhi) on March 8, 2021 from Delhi to
Bagdogra and back from 25th April 2021 to 30th April 2021 for an amount of Rs.
50,000/- for 4 adults and 1 child. Subsequently I paid Rs. 10,000 as first installment
towards the package and then another Rs. 15,000 towards the same, thereby making
payment of 50% of package i.e. Rs. 25,000/-.

On April 11 th 2021, I wrote an email to them that due to sudden surge in
covid cases, we are being compelled to postpone our said trip till the situation becomes
normal to travel especially considering that we have a 3yr old kid and senior citizens
with us and asked them to refund our advance of Rs 25,000/- already deposited.
On 12th June 2021, I asked them to provide the details with regard to cancelation
or postponement of the package but since then they have making excuses and
not willing to reply.

In view of above, it is humbly requested to kindly arrange to direct them to pay
my advance of Rs. 25,000/- as I am under no obligation to take the package in
these times of pandemic. Further, they are just making excuses and not replying
to my queries.
