Travelsees – refund amount not been updated

Hi,
Please note have booked international flight ticket on 11Dec, but their was a cancellation and Indigo Airline has been initiated full refund as per attached cancelled ticket copy, kindly check and do refund immediate. Since it has been cancelled on same date 11th Dec and till now nobody has been updated nor got refund to my original form of payment.

    Very Pathetic service. Indigo refunds Full amount but you guys are charging 5k as cancellation charge where ticket price is 5116.
