This is a fraud company . I know this is my bad to choose this site for book a ticket but believe me I was in Yatra site but I don’t know how I diverted from Yatra to Travolook .I had booked round ticket from Kolkata to pune on 7.02.21 with reference no 551807803 paid full amount and the payment was successful after some time they called me and asked for extra Rs 3300 due to fear increased or canceled the ticket with pay the cancelation charge Rs 6000 . At the same time I checked the official Goair site same date same time ticket and it was Rs 2500 cheaper than the Travolook price . I don’t have any choice other than pay the extra amount Rs 3300 to Travolook . I was cheated I really helpless now .
