Hi this is sashank i have booked flight tickets from travolook app from thiruvanthapuram to hyderabad on 04.06.2022 after booking i have revived a mail from travolook payment done and after 30 mins i have revived mail that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and your refund will be within 10-15 working days still now not received my amount that customer care people you get by one week one week and not received the amount
