Sir,
i booked a ticket from Patna to Chennai through Travolook on 27 May 21 and the details are as follows:-

Travel Date:- 04 Jun 21
Amount :- Rs.3849
From Patna to Chennai
Then i got call from booking agent due to some operational reason we are unable to book your flight your money will be refunded soon.
now, more than one month passed i called many times to travel company and also sent various mails but till now i havent got the money.
request do the needful for the refunding of the money as soon as posssible.
