In May 2022, I travelled from Hyderabad to Chennai.
One ticket was cancelled due to incorrect timing.
I purchased a second ticket for the proper time.
When I immediately called the call centre, they advised me to cancel the second one as well so that the complete refund could be executed.
then purchased and took a second ticket.
Today, the cost of a cancelled ticket is refunded immediately.
After 30+ requests via phone, mail, and email, the second ticket cancellation price has not yet been reimbursed.
The same response is always given, which is that the refund money will arrive in your account within 3 to 5 working days if the previous attempt failed.
I’ve had the same response for the past 10 months.
