I have booked a two-way flight ticket from Travolook on 07/03/2021 from Banglore to Gwalior for travel date 17/04/2021 and a return ticket from Gwalior to Banglore for travel date 01/05/2021 (Booking reference No: REF713052058) and paid INR 7180.00 from my credit against the booking.
After payment is done and I didn’t get the confirmation of the booking then I called Travolook then I got the response that my booking was not confirmed because the fare has been increased (However that was not the case with the other travel booking sites) so they canceled my booking and asked me to wait for 10-15 days to get my refund.
After that, I have called them many times and till today I am getting the same response that “Your money will be refunded in 5-7 working days”. It’s been 78 days and I have not got my money back till today.
Sometimes they told me that we have raised the complaint against my issue at the highest priority but nothing happened.
In the last 2-3 calls they said the amount has been initiated from our side so I asked them to provide me the transaction id of the same and they asked me to drop a mail for that and when I dropped a mail asking for transaction id again I received the same response that “Your money will be refunded in 5-7 working days” with no transaction id.
I have paid that amount from my credit card and interest has been generated against that amount and now the total amount payable is more than INR 10000.00 and I have to bear that loss.
