I have pay 29,400/- for singapore trip vacation at Trip 78 the agent name was Anto Daniel on 23-01-2020 Due to Corona the trip was cancelled & The agency not refunded the amount till now. So please give a right solution for this. Thankingyou. Yours faithfully

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Trip78.
Mr. Thirunavukarasu,
You yourself have mentioned that because of COVID trip has cancelled so we haven’t cancelled your trip then why you have complaint us that we haven’t refunded the money we advised you to go for domestic package but u refused to go. You visited our office and received your refund amount but still have this complaint about us in reviews.
Remove this complaint.
