One of my friend she paid him 2Lakhs for abroad job UAE.Agent told her regarding employment visa but he joined with visit visa after completion of visit visa period, the company fired her and the agent anto daniel also left her. he told that’s our job its done after you need to see job urself.
Hope we all know 2lakhs is very huge amount for 2months expenses report he explained her as expense when she ask him refund of some amount.
so pls give me a right solution for this.
i have all the records with me regarding the same.

It’s not your friend, she is your girlfriend because of you she didn’t work anywhere properly where I got job for more than 3 companies, she fraudly mentioned in her resume that she is fluent in Hindi and English but when we took her to interview in Ameer she doesn’t utter a single word, in Hindi so she got rejected and then I got an another job in IT related company they she signed the agreement and did not work properly she is not fit to achieve the target also she took leave often so the company sent her out then she herself found a job without our knowledge there also she can’t survive more than a month. She is not fit for any job she wants to have fun with you, only because of you she didn’t survive anywhere in Dubai .

Not one of his friend but his girlfriend Vinisha from Kerala she fraudly mentioned us that she is much fluent in Hindi but when we joined her in job at Ameer they came to know that she doesn’t know to speak Hindi so they sent her out and later we got her another job with good salary but she often took leave not working properly and didn’t reach the target so they sent her out from the second company n later she herself joined another company without our knowledge there also they sent her out , she is lazy not ready to hard-work so she can’t work anywhere she wants to roam n have fun with her boyfriend she is not fit for any job. She paid 2 lakhs for that we have tried her job in more than companies but she is not suitable for any company.

My client Vinisha mentioned in resume tat she knows Hindi frequently in resume I hav proof wen we took for Ameer interview they rejected her bcoz she doesn’t know proper Hindi read or write so we got data entry job she performed well and got salary for two months after tat company watched her she is using mobile phones reguraly in office times speaking to so many contacts they warned her but she didn’t stop do they fired her it’s true any where in the world in working place they should not make entertainment then she left job but she didn’t inform me for two months after not getting any job she stayed with her boyfriend and called me
I told we issued 2 month visa tickets stay for 1 month food and transportation and paid job money how cum they refund bcoz of her mistake she left job
