After I paid in full for my flight reservation, they indicated that it was still pending.
and when I contacted customer service, they informed me that the reservation had been canceled and that my money would be reimbursed in four to five days. However, when there was an issue with their website, they started harassing customers and defrauding them of their money.
I learned from my research that the (TripOdeal) website is not reputable and that some users, including myself, have had issues with refunds.
