When I checked directly with akasa airlines, they said the PNR for the flight is correct but there are no passengers with our three names in their entries. I had booked a flight from Goa to Bengaluru for 7.7k from tripodeal, and they sent me PNR C1HNJY.
This company is accusing AKAsa Airlines of not issuing refunds after sending us a forged PNR as confirmation.
After I called customer service several times, they blocked me as well. I received very poor service; they just put my call on hold and never connected me to a customer service agent.
They are not even properly answering the email ticket that was raised.
Aside from the bogus PNR, they haven’t sent any other email confirmations.
Recently, there have been a lot of Google reviews for this, but they appear to be manipulating the rating.
Similar negative reviews can also be found on sastasafar.com, which is another name for this company.
