I booked a flight ticket from Srinagar to Delhi and the flight was scheduled to take off at 11:30 Am on 09/04/2022. But when I reached airport at 09:45 am on 09/04/2022 and asked the airlines staff for boarding pass then they said my flight had been rescheduled to 08:45 am on 09/04/2022.
I didn’t receive any message for reschedule of flight. When I tried to call to tripodeal nobody attended the call. Even I dropped a mail to tripodeal but I didn’t receive any reply from their side.
Then I was left with no option. Due to which my train reservation from Delhi also got wasted. I was compelled to book another flight from other ticket service providers at higher rate.
It leads to me huge financial loss, caused great inconvenience and couldn’t reach the destination timely. Being a force personnel punctuality and commitment matters to me a lot but due to tripodeal I was unable to meet both.
