this is to bring to your notice that today i have get into the bus # AP28Z5230 @ ramnagar busstop at 8:30-8:45am in the morning as soon as i got into the bus driver said that bus is not going and asked me to get down from the bus when i have asked him y the bus is not going both the driver and conductor started arguing with me and asked me to get down from the bus and the way conductor was talking to me was not correct and he was using abuse language with me if the staff behave like this how we could travel in the bus and were is the safety concern so reques you to kindly take strict action against them.
