We have booked tickets in super luxury from jbs to Gdk through online.When I enter the bus I didn’t check the push back faculty on my seat,after some time I checked it it’s not working. I asked the same to bus driver he has given a rash answer that whether I have to do the repair.politely I asked for the complaint box he said no we don’t have.compared to express you are charging more but worst service this is the second time facing in the same route.water bottle holders also not well.Everything should be repaired. My kind request is that please provide facilities l to all the passengers who are travelling and trusting TSRTC.
