TSRTC is ignoring the public welfare for providing the bus shelters for the people at bus stops , there are many places where bus shelters in bus stop for public are not avaialable and public need to bear the hot sun and rain waiting for the bus , places like erragadda , moosapet , hitech city are some of the places where the bus shelters are not even provided , this is very much concern TSRTC should consider and provide the bus shelters for public who are the main source of income to TSRTC.And also one ticket conductor on a day has booked ticket for a person from the previous 2 bus stop instead of the boarding stop of the person due to non availability of ticket change
