i am Anirudh, i have booked two tickets from banglore to hyderabad on oct5th which of cost 2,198 rs/- , but tickets were not booked and money was debited from by debit card. they said that money will be refunded in 1-14 working days but till now its not refunded. I called to customer care many times and answer was unsatisfactory and some times they didn’t respond properly.
