I understand that since 1-May-25 Uber has changed its policies and now in agreements with Ricksha union in Pune they have decided to charge the fare by meter.
However the drivers cheat here. They know when app price is higher or when meter price is higher and they want max profits.
So every rickshaw driver has started saying that their meter is faulty & this is because app pricing is higher.
Unfortunately Uber does not entertain such complaints. They give scripted responses.

How to file a complaint against Uber?
* Go to page
* Write Uber in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Uber.
